Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.

2. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date under the following conditions:
The product must be unused
The product must be in its original packaging
The product must not be damaged
Custom-made or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
