Description

XY-ITOV Current to Voltage Signal Converter Module

The XY-ITOV module is a compact PCB signal converter designed for industrial automation and electronic control systems. It converts a standard current loop input signal into a selectable analog voltage output suitable for PLC, ADC, data acquisition, and control interfaces.

Key Features

  • Input Signal: 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA
  • Output Signal: 0-3.3 V / 0-5 V / 0-10 V selectable
  • Supply Voltage: DC 7-36 V
  • Adjustment: ZERO and SPAN multi-turn potentiometers
  • Range Selection: J1 jumper block
  • Typical Application: PLC analog input, ADC input, and signal conditioning
  • Approx. Board Size: About 42 x 25.2 mm

Typical Applications

  • PLC analog input signal conversion
  • 4-20 mA transmitter to voltage input conversion
  • ADC and data acquisition interface
  • Control panel retrofit applications
  • Industrial signal conditioning
  • Automation and instrumentation systems

Terminal Definition

  • I+: Positive current input terminal
  • I-: Negative current input terminal / return
  • VCC: Positive DC supply terminal
  • VOUT: Voltage output terminal
  • GND: Supply negative and output reference
  • ZERO: Low-end calibration adjustment
  • SPAN: High-end calibration adjustment
  • J1: Output range selection jumper

Important Installation Notes

  • Verify the exact module variant before field installation.
  • Output range is selected using the J1 jumper block.
  • ZERO and SPAN trimmers are used for fine adjustment.
  • For 0-10 V output, use a supply voltage above 12 VDC.
  • Use common 0V reference between module output and PLC / ADC analog input unless isolation is required.
